The Fourth World

Millwork Commons put out a call for video art to be displayed on their video wall. They partnered up with Amplify Arts who helped facilitate the call and community jury process that selected the chosen works. I was happy to learn that my video art piece The Fourth World was one of those selected. It’s currently on view in rotation after a premiere on March 7, 2024. About the piece:

“The Fourth World” is a 3 minute silent looping video designed for public space. It’s inspired by the considerable Navajo (Diné) creation story. This piece highlights the first four planes of existence, focusing on the natural, non-human elements.
